What Is MarvelCrete®?
MarvelCrete® is precast concrete blended with reprocessed EPS to reduce weight while retaining the durability and permanence of concrete. It was developed for outdoor kitchen construction.
The kitchen is built from purpose-made precast concrete components designed to fit together as a system and bonded—not framed in wood or metal and covered with panels, or simply coated to look like masonry.

MarvelCrete® is precast into purpose-made components that form the structure of the outdoor kitchen.
Posts and panels are designed to work together as a system to create the cabinets. The components are cast and finished before they reach the jobsite, then assembled onsite to create the outdoor kitchen structure.
This approach combines the permanence of concrete with a component-based method of construction.

Why MarvelCrete® Outdoors?
MarvelCrete® was developed for outdoor kitchen construction, where the structure is exposed to heat, humidity, rain and changing weather conditions.
Unlike wood, MarvelCrete® does not rot or burn. Unlike metal framing, it does not rust or corrode. Unlike stacked paver-block construction, MarvelCrete® is precast into purpose-made structural components.
MarvelCrete® components are finished with applied concrete stains. Countertops are individually finished to mimic the natural character of granite, with a choice of base and vein colors.
